Waiting.....waiting....waiting....

So I wish that I could tell you that I have a seller-signed purchase agreement for the second house in my hot little hands. But I don’t. You see, we found out that the seller is now with a relocation company so that just adds another layer of paperwork. The verbal agreement is settled on both sides, the closing date is set and CP and I have signed everything and sent it over to our realtor. Now we just have to play the waiting game for the relocation company to sign the darn paperwork!!!!

Our realtor did tell us something that made us feel a bit better- the open house that was scheduled for Sunday has now been cancelled. So at least in the other agent’s mind, this is a done deal. HOWEVER, it would make me feel 10 MILLION TIMES BETTER if the damn relocation company would just sign the purchase agreement!!!!!
