Second trimester belly pictures

I know that people are not always a fan of belly pictures, so here is your chance to click away if you don't want to see them.  I started at 20 weeks this time because my previous post of pictures from the first half of the pregnancy went up to week 19 (see that post here).  Of course now I'm realizing that it makes more sense to do these posts in trimesters, but oh well.  :-)
