Meanwhile, CP was sitting with Izzy last night and saw a weird trail of somewhat liquidy-orange stuff coming out of her ear. Daycare said that she had been acting funny and didn't nap well- which is very unusual for her- so we called the pediatrician. Thankfully they were able to fit us in between patients at 6:50pm. Unfortunately, Izzy has a ruptured ear drum and her second ear infection in just over a month. I didn't notice her pulling on her ear or doing any extra crying this weekend but she must have been in pain? She is such a trooper!
Meanwhile CP still has fevers, fatigue, stomach issues, chills, etc. but the good news is that his fevers aren't quite as high and his full-body rash may be going away.
Basically Buster is the only healthy member of this household right now. :-/

Wow. Hope you all feel better soon. I think I'll stop whining about having what seems like a non-stop cold for the past 3 months.
We discovered Riley had a really bad ear infection at a regular checkup. She in no way acted like she was in pain so we were completely surprised. A ruptured ear drum sounds like it would be painful, too. Kids are troopers.
Whoa. You guys are having a REALLY rough go of it right now. I'm so sorry that everyone is feeling so sick. I hope you all get better very, very soon and that your test comes back negative.

Ugh doesn't even begin to cover it. We're still dealing with ears and neither Beat pulls their ears but instead have fitful sleep. It's so hard to know they are suffering. May you all feel better very soon.

I was so glad to read that CP is back home and that you have an answer for what's been going on. Bummer that all humans in the household are sick though. Hoping for recovery soon!
Whoa! Izzy must be one strong little girl not to be in pain from a ruptured ear drum! I'm sorry your house is being put through the wringer. Buster, stay healthy!
