I think that I am giving out a vibe of either being totally rundown or needing to relax a bit as for my birthday I received a massage/spa gift card from my husband, my MIL, my best friend, and my parents. I laughed every time I received another one, but am a little worried that I look like I don't have my sh*t together these days.
Now I just have to find the time to get away and actually use them....

Can you use them all at once? Schedule one day for a 10 hour massage! If you have extra... my birthday's in February... Just sayin'! Happy belated birthday. xo
I love getting spa vouchers as gifts. Schedule them in well in advance, so you can ensure you can use them, and so you don't forget and let them expire. Enjoy!
LOL, my grandma just suggested that I use the Christmas money she sent me on a spa day. I didn't have the heart to tell her I've had a Massage Envy gift card in my planner for 6 months because I haven't made the time to use it.
I could not be more jealous of you. Four??? I would die and go to Massage Heaven.

Oh, those are AMAZING! Maybe instead of thinking you don't have your crap together, they are thinking, "Wow, she's been doing so much -- she deserves a respite and some time to herself." That's how I see it, lovely relaxing rewards for being stretched thin lately!
Wow! That's awesome that you got so many spa/massage vouchers! I would be in heaven. But wait, my husband gave me a GC to a spa last Christmas and I still haven't used it! Hopefully you can get away and use yours sooner than I have. lol
