Bleeding

I'm currently in what feels like the longest cab ride ever to Labor & Delivery at my hospital. I went to the bathroom while at work and saw bright red blood on my toilet paper (all I could think was "thank goodness I am still looking"). After talking to the nurse, she thought it best for me to head to L&D to get monitored. Thankfully CP is in town and meeting me at the hospital. Good news is that I have been feeling the baby move. Trying not to think of all of the bad things that could happen and just hope that everything checks out okay. Will update when I can.

 *UPDATE*

Everything is fine with the baby. I have been discharged from the hospital and will be lying low tonight. Thank goodness I am working from home tomorrow and I am going to ask my boss to work from home on Thursday as well. I'll give you guys all of the details tomorrow.

My heart jumped into my throat when I read your post title and the first sentence! I am so relieved that baby is okay and you seem to be doing okay too. Great idea to take it easy the next few days. I am so relieved, although I'm sure not nearly as much as you are! Scary.

Glad to hear you were released from the hospital. Hope some rest helps resolve whatever caused the bleeding.
