Stupid crazy thoughts

I won't see CP again until Sunday. I got mad at him last night after getting home from the hair dresser. I casually mentioned that this was his bachelor party weekend and she then proceeded to tell me all of the horror stories of her friends.* As I listened to the stories I was totally confident that CP wouldn’t do any of those things. But when I got home to tell him about our conversation and tell him what my hair dresser’s rule is going to be for her soon-to-be-fiance-currently-boyfriend’s bachelor party (which is, don’t do anything that you wouldn’t want have done to me by a stranger)? He didn’t want to talk about it and got mad that I thought we would have to have that conversation. I thought that I was covering the bases JUST IN CASE.

But he is right. We shouldn’t need to have the conversation. I totally trust him, but sometimes I get the crazies. Doesn’t everyone? Especially during that time on the month? I don’t even think that he is going to encounter strippers this weekend. And even if he did, I can’t imagine that any of his friends (including some of his mutual friends) would let anything weird go down. But I still think the crazy thoughts. I think that my hair dresser, while I love her and all, shouldn’t have told me those stories. Placing images in my brain of things that have happened to her friends? Bad idea.

Then later I asked him about talking to him this weekend. He said that he wouldn't be calling at all b/c that is "the point" of a bach party. I mentioned that he has at least two people that have kids, and depending on who else shows up, most of the guys are married. You mean to tell me that not one of the guys is going to call home all weekend???? What a stupid "rule." So I was mad at him last night, still mad at him this morning and will probably be in a bad mood all weekend. And if he feels bad and calls? I'm probably not going to answer b/c I am totally immature. Man I suck.

*Something called Girls Wet or Wet Girls? They do their little "show" and then if anyone is interested, guys can pay $40 to get a blow job. Lovely. Another story? A stripper that grabs a nickel from the groom's mouth with her woo-haa. While that might seem funny, it sounds like a great way to get an STD.

OMG....you've got me mad just knowing that kind of stuff goes on!! I absolutely hate the thought of any strippers being at my fiance's bachelor party. I trust my fiance but I don't trust those dirty whores!!

See, you've got me so mad I've reverted to name calling....

I'm sure I would be worried too after hearing those stories.

Although I do agree, in theory, that he shouldn't "have" to call home during his "last weekend as a bachelor" .. I would still secretly love (and maybe expect) my guy to break that stupid rule.

I understand the crabby mood and it sucks but men are men. At least this is the last time you two will be in such a situation :)

Oh I was the same way. Hubs went to Vegas and was suppose to go with one brother (who canceled b/c he was sick) and his other brother brought a friend.

I was stressed that his brother would be a not so good influence. but as it turned out it was not that bad. In fact, it was so bad that Hubs almost came home early.

He is still bummed that it did not go the way he wanted it to.
