Saturday morning began with some pumpkin carving. I thought that Izzy would be more into scooping seeds out of the pumpkin, but I got her to put her hand in once and that was it. Otherwise she just watched.

This was my shy, tentative cow. She wasn't tentative about taking a piece of candy but was very good about only taking one. We need to work on her saying "trick or treat" and "thank you" to strangers- especially on Halloween but she did a pretty good job overall.

Thankfully Izzy has already forgotten about Halloween and candy. Until next year!

I love the pumpkins! We forgot to carve ours this year, but I'm saying we preserved them so they'd continue to be Thanksgiving decorations. Ha, ha. I love your shy little cow! It sounds like a great evening all the way around.
Oh my gosh! Such a cute cow :)
Adorable!
I'm with her when it comes to pumpkin carving and sticking your hand into gooey, sticky places.
Very cute trick-or-treater.
Love the pictures! She's so adorable. You're making me nostalgic for when our three were this young (they're now adults & mid-teens).
Cuteness overload. :-)
The pumpkins turned out so good and I love Izzy in her costume!
Awww! So sweet! I love her costume!
