Let me tell you about this amazing place:
Granite countertops
Stainless steel appliances
Hardwood floors
9 ft ceilings
Huge walk-in closets in every room
Finished basement
25 ft ceilings in the living room with windows on what would have been the second floor= lots of natural light
2630 square feet (way more than we need)
Huge bathrooms
Community pool
3 large bedrooms
3.5 bathrooms
3 large bedrooms
3.5 bathrooms
Needless to say? The model was absolutely amazing. My coworker and I were ready to move into one of the condos immediately.
Two problems- this place was located in CT (and you guys have heard me talk about my hatred for CT recently) and it was on the market for a paltry $1.1 million. Oh, that's it?
After I left the property, I texted CP the following:
"Guess what? We are moving to CT tomorrow! the place is fantastic and only costs $1.1 mil."
His response?
"I hope they take cash."
Ahhhhhh if only......

I know I fell in love with a house recently that I saw on a real estate website but, we would have to sell our condo and that is not happening any time soon.
You know, in Denver you can get a place like that for a lot less. Just saying.
Ha ha ain't that the truth Jess!!
lol...I love our house, yet I still find myself watching the station that has all the house listings & wishing that we could buy one of those.
This is why I don't even bother to look at real estate. Because I'm drooling over just the description of that place!
Aww, sad! I find myself dreaming about finding a house (or condo) with all those features. But $1.1 mil is a little out of my budget...
Maybe next time?
We can dream... sigh.
